ok.
it broke off flush with my engine block when i was removing a broken bolt on my water pump bypass gasket. any ideas on how to remove this?

They sell a product called an easy out. You drill a hole in the bolt and then insert the easy out to extract the bolt. You might also try getting a reverse drill bit. As you drill into the bolt it may loosen it enough to get it out.
