Hi I have a 1993 Toyota Celica that was hit in the rear quarter panel right above the wheel. The dent was pulled out and now it's started to rust where the paint is chipped off. I know rust is not a good thing for a car so I want to do something about before it gets real bad. Thanks

If it's just little chips go to the Toyota dealer and they can sell you a little bottle of touch up paint like a finger nail polish bottle. You can probably clean up the small chip area, you'll want to do this first. Just put a little on the spots and keep the air off and the rust can't grow.

By the way, you can usually buy touch up paint down your local part store for about $8.00.
