Ive got these 2 Kenwood items:
MP3changer :

and this Cassette Head Unit :

But when I play an MP3 CD the display just says NO NAME, how do I get it to show the name of the track ?? As the file names are labelled like this:
LINKIN PARK Numb
But when it plays it just says NO NAME.

You check the manual? Maybe your ID3 tags aren't set properly. Or your radio might not accept the MP3 format.
I never liked Kenwood anyways.
